Option 1 — Phone
Our dispatch line is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year. For arrivals, station pickups, and last-minute changes, calling is the fastest way to confirm a vehicle.
Option 2 — Online Form
For sightseeing tours, airport transfers, and rides booked more than a few hours ahead, the online form is the most convenient option. Our team will reply with a confirmation by email.

We collect you at the entrance of your hotel, ryokan, or rental villa anywhere in the Karuizawa area. Simply share your accommodation name at the time of booking.
