Payment is taken at the end of the journey. No deposit required for standard rides.

Japanese Yen accepted. Drivers can usually provide change for ¥10,000 notes.

Prepayment Option

Pay in advance with Wise

For pre-booked rides (airport transfers, sightseeing charters, etc.), we accept advance payment via Wise (formerly TransferWise). This is convenient for international visitors who prefer to settle the fare from their home-currency account before arriving in Japan.

  • Send Japanese Yen directly to our company account in Wise
  • Low transfer fees and the real mid-market exchange rate
  • Receipt and reservation confirmation issued after payment is received

Please contact us in advance to receive our account details. Bank transfer fees on the sender's side are the customer's responsibility.

Receipts available on request. For business travelers, your driver can provide an itemized receipt at the end of the ride. Tipping is not customary in Japan and is not expected.
