Do I need to make a reservation?

Reservations are recommended, especially during weekends, holidays, and the summer season. Same-day bookings are accepted depending on vehicle availability.

Can I book a taxi from Narita or Haneda Airport?

Yes. We provide airport transfers between Karuizawa and major airports including Narita, Haneda, and Matsumoto Airport. Advance reservations are required.

Can I book a sightseeing taxi?

Yes. We offer private sightseeing tours around Karuizawa, Kusatsu Onsen, and nearby areas. You may also customize your own itinerary.

Do your drivers speak English?

Yes. English-speaking drivers are available upon request at no additional charge. Please let us know when making your reservation.

How can I pay?

We accept cash and major credit cards.

Can I reserve a Toyota Alphard or Hiace?

Yes. Alphard and Hiace vehicles can be reserved in advance, subject to availability.

How many passengers can each vehicle accommodate?
  • Standard Taxi: Up to 4 passengers
  • Esquire: Up to 5 passengers
  • Toyota Alphard: Up to 6 passengers
  • Toyota Hiace Grand Cabin: Up to 9 passengers
I have several large suitcases. Which vehicle should I choose?

If you are traveling with multiple large suitcases, golf bags, skis, or strollers, we recommend booking an Alphard or Hiace. Please let us know the number of passengers and pieces of luggage when making your reservation.

Can you provide child seats?

Yes. Child seats are available upon request. Please tell us the child's age before your trip.

Can I bring a stroller or wheelchair?

Yes. Foldable strollers and wheelchairs can be accommodated. Please inform us in advance.

Can I stop at several places during my trip?

Yes. Multiple stops are welcome. Simply tell us your preferred itinerary when booking.

Can I hire a taxi by the hour?

Yes. We offer private charter services for sightseeing, shopping, business, and golf trips.

How do taxi fares work?

Regular taxis operate on a taximeter. Charter tours and certain large vehicles are charged at fixed charter rates.

Are expressway tolls included?

No. Highway tolls, parking fees, and certain entrance fees are charged separately unless otherwise stated.

Can I visit Shiraito Falls?

Yes. Please note that a road maintenance fee may apply when using the Shiraito Falls toll road.

Can you take us to Kamikochi?

Yes. We can provide transportation to Kamikochi. Please note that private vehicles cannot enter the central Kamikochi area, so the drop-off location is the designated access point.

We will reply with availability and an estimated fare.

How far in advance should I reserve?

We recommend booking at least several days in advance. During spring, summer, autumn weekends, and holidays, earlier reservations are strongly recommended.

What is your cancellation policy?
  • Up to the day before: Free
  • Same day: 50% of the fare
  • No-show: 100%
